SHIPPING: FREE shipping Australia wide on all orders.  We use Australia Post Registered Mail for deliveries on all orders over $30.

RETURNS: If you have a problem or need assistance with any item you have purchased through this site, please contact us on 07 5536 8834 for support from one of our Sleep care co-ordinators.

Refunds or replacement of faulty or damaged purchases will be available when we have been contacted regarding the nature of fault or damage. All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by SleepGP or the product’s manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. SleepGP will assess the level of fault and or damage upon receipt of the products and determine a suitable solution for replacement or refund.

Equipment purchases can be returned to SleepGP and a refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Where the product has been unpacked there will be no refunds due to Health Regulations on medical equipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

WARRANTY: Normal warranty is 2 years for A/CPAP units and 3 months for masks or accessories from date of purchase.
