Shipping & Returns

Delivery of products

Delivery will be to your SleepGP Clinic as indicated through the use of your patient coupon.

If you are not within 100km of your nearest SleepGP Clinic, delivery will be made to you at the address provided by yourself.

You agree to take on the risk for the products, such as loss or damage, when the products are being delivered to you.

You agree to pay delivery fees of:

  • $12.50 for regular deliveries within Australia for purchases less than $50;
  • $10 for express deliveries within Australia for parcels 1kg or less;
  • $30 for express deliveries within Australia for parcels up to 5kg.

If your product is delivered to you/your clinic using the Australia Post system, we will provide you a tracking number by email to track your order.

You agree that you cannot change your/your clinic’s delivery address after your order has been shipped. If you would like to change your delivery address before your order has been shipped, please call or email us.

After taking delivery of the products, you agree to examine the products and notify us if there is any defect in the products within 5 business days of the delivery date.

If we receive no notification from the customer within 5 days of the delivery date, you agree that the products will be taken as delivered without defect.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement arising from these terms and conditions immediately for any reason by giving the other party written notice. Where this agreement has been terminated you must immediately cease using the Site.

Delivery Times and Back-Ordered Items

We attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours (excluding days when our shippers will not accept shipments). We will email you with your tracking number.

Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get out of stock products back into inventory as quickly as possible. However, the manufacturer of an item may also be out of stock which could cause a longer delay. The backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive at our offices and, as always, you will only be charged one time for shipping for your order.

Damaged or Lost Items

After taking delivery of the products, you agree to examine the products and notify us if there is any defect in the products within 5 business days of the delivery date.

If we receive no notification from the customer within 5 days of the delivery date, you agree that the products will be taken as delivered without defect.

Return Policy

We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

You may claim a refund from the manufacturer of any item in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.
